The suggestion that every innocent little baby is already a sinner on day one has got to be the worst crap I have ever heard. Buty then the guillible and weak will believe anything
— David HollanderI agree that it does not appear scriptural to say every aborted kid is destined to "hell" or judged to die as one with the wicked.
Instead of saying "it is c*&p" why not prove it out with what the Word of God says?
Here are a few Biblical scriptures showing children who have not reached the age of understanding have a chance at being in the Kingdom of God.
Mark 10:13-16
And they brought young children to him, that he should touch them: and his disciples rebuked those that brought them. But when Jesus saw it, he was much displeased, and said unto them, Suffer the little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God. Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child, he shall not enter therein. And he took them up in his arms, put his hands upon them, and blessed them.
Ezekiel 18:20
The soul that sinneth, it shall die. The son shall not bear the iniquity of the father, neither shall the father bear the iniquity of the son: the righteousness of the righteous shall be upon him, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon him.
1 Corinthians 7:14
For the unbelieving husband is sanctified by the wife, and the unbelieving wife is sanctified by the husband: else were your children unclean; but now are they holy.
Many religious organizations will baptize infants. However, Matthew 28:19 says to teach and then baptize. This means a person must reach an age of understanding before they can take on the responsibilty of learning.
Is it not placing judgment on a soul (individual) to say they will not enter the Kingdom of God, even to say that about infants? We should let the judgment belong to Christ and His Father. And what we have learned about them is that their judgment is righteous and it only makes sense that all individuals get a chance to decide if they want to worship Christ and His Father or not.
